"I have nothing but good things to say about the SVM family. The only reason Service is listed as a 1 is because I have yet to have any service done there. I'm sure when the time comes service will be a 5 star experience as well. Every trip reminds me of scenes from Cheers "Where everybody knows your name" they're always will to help and make the best recommendations based on your needs. Most places try to sell you on what makes them money, but they sell you on quality. From what I've noticed the things they offer are things they also use, which allows them to speak of the product without having to go look it up. Keep up the good work everyone!"

"After shopping for my motorcycle for months and speaking with dealers from Ohio to Maine, I was put off by many dealers because of their attitude over the phone. Even though I was asking questions that indicated I was a serious buyer I was treated with disrespect and like an adversary in a game. Brian was different. "Let's start by saying where I work there is a motorcycle shop attached and I went to SVMS over them and I'm glad I did! I am absolutly dumbfounded over the level of service I have received from Curt and his crew over my past experiences at the bike shop where I work! Not only are these guys kind and curtious and a joy to talk to and most of all honest; but they have gone well beyond and far and away surpassed my expectations as to what I would have expected a service visit to be in my wildest dreams! This may sound like a loaded survey but I also work in the service industry and we could learn a lot from these guys. You have a customer for life and I am unanimous in that! I will never ever go anywhere else for motorcycle service again even if I need a tow from east overshoe!

"Just wanted to express my thanks for superb customer focused service. I went to a competitor down the street to have my tire changed and not only did I not receive any accomadation for a mix up on their part but they wanted $70 for tire replacement service. You guys accomodated me still after I was a half hour late. 2 different associates asked if I needed a chair or anything while I was reading on the floor killing time and the mechanic was proactive in expressing concerns on the tuning of the motor, taking time to explain everything. "I really enjoy doing business with SVM. I was treated very fairly when I traded for a new '08 Concours 14, and subsequently, the service department worked very hard to make it brand new after a minor accident.
I recently added an '09 KLX250S to the stable and SVM is where I bought it because I like the way they deal with their customers.

"This letter is long over due, I first met the team of SVM when the shop I use to use could not fix my 25 year old KZ1100D, so my Bike was transferred to SVM, Scott and the team took on the difficult challenges of this machine. I have to say not only did they fix this motorcycle in a short time ... when, I road it the balance of that year I was getting approximately 50MPG on a 25 year old motorcycle that preformed like it was only a year old. Great Job! Thanks to the whole team at SVM!!!
I can not see myself going any where else for my service or other needs of my motorcycle. I have since bought a New 2008 NOMAD, again the team at SVM excided all my expectations and help me customize it to meet my needs. I have too say once you start doing business with SVM you will not want to go any where else!

"I had considered other Kawasaki cruisers but on the advice of the SVM staff I bought a new 2007 Vulcan Nomad last year. My wife and I love it! What a great bike! SVM's service has been EXCELLENT. All of their accessory recommendations are based on thorough product knowledge and/or personal experiences. Prices are very fair and customer service is SUPERB! "My latest trip to SVM was to purchase some regular maintenance items and a bracket to mount a GPS to my Vulcan Nomad. Rather than sell me something I really didn't need the Sales Person showed me how to use the existing GPS bracket to attach the GPS to my bike. It was great to work with folks that value customer service over making a sale.

" I tried to get some work done to finish my project bike at large and small shops alike, to no avail. When I finally brought it to SVM, not only was it finished the next day, but the owner himself got his hands dirty to ensure it was completed. Parts that had been ordered multiple times at other shops and necessitated return were found and installed on the spot.
I have been to many shops in the state, and have never experienced the professional, courteous, timely, and overall satisfactory service that I recently did at SVM. I wholeheartedly agree with the other testimonials, when you go to SVM, you are treated as one of the family. Well done fellas!"
