They're willing to spend the time to make sure you get the information -- and the bike -- you need. In this day and age it's nice to know there are still some honest, straight shooters out there....

" I tried to get some work done to finish my project bike at large and small shops alike, to no avail. When I finally brought it to SVM, not only was it finished the next day, but the owner himself got his hands dirty to ensure it was completed. Parts that had been ordered multiple times at other shops and necessitated return were found and installed on the spot.
I have been to many shops in the state, and have never experienced the professional, courteous, timely, and overall satisfactory service that I recently did at SVM. I wholeheartedly agree with the other testimonials, when you go to SVM, you are treated as one of the family. Well done fellas!"
